All designs, drawings, renderings, specifications, and related materials created by Rendex Design LLC (“Designer”) are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Designer. No portion of the Designer’s work may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, disclosed, or used by any third party without the Designer’s prior written consent.

Client’s written or electronic approval of the final designs constitutes full acceptance of all design elements, dimensions, specifications, and details and releases the Designer from responsibility for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies not identified prior to approval. Any changes, revisions, or additional services requested after final approval shall be treated as a change order and billed separately at the Designer’s then-current rates.
